What we do
Paper & Vows lets you create a personalised wedding newspaper from one of our templates. You can buy it as a PDF download, or have printed copies produced and posted to you. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Your content
The stories, names and photos you add remain yours. You give us permission to use them solely to render, print and deliver your newspaper. Please only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful or offensive — we may refuse to print an order that breaks this rule (with a full refund).
Our designs
The newspaper templates, layouts and the site itself are our work. Your purchase gives you the right to print and share your finished newspaper for personal use — it doesn't include reselling the design or the PDF as a product.
Check before you buy
You see a full preview of your newspaper before paying, and what you approve at checkout is what gets produced. Please proof-read carefully — names, dates and spellings are printed exactly as you entered them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each template page and at checkout: a price for the PDF download, and printed copies charged as the PDF price plus a per-copy rate. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at the time of order.
Delivery
PDF downloads are available immediately after payment. Printed copies are produced and posted to the delivery address you provide; please allow enough time before your wedding date when ordering.
Refunds
Because every newspaper is personalised, printed orders can't be returned, and PDF downloads can't be "given back" — so we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once an order is produced or downloaded. If something is wrong with what you receive — a printing defect, damage in the post, or our error — tell us and we'll reprint or refund. Mistakes in content you entered and approved at preview aren't covered, but get in touch anyway and we'll do what we can.
Liability
We'll always do our best, but our liability for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
